It’s hard to believe the fourth of July is here! Whether you’re planning a bash for 10 people or 100 people, we’ve got you covered. Not sure where to start? Today, we’re talking about all things red, white and blue with stars and stripes, too! Here are some ideas that we just can’t wait to incorporate into our BBQ.

We just LOVE these red, white + blue mason jars! Not looking to incorporate flowers into your décor this year? Use these great mason jars as utensil holders.

And what BBQ would be complete without some amazing food!?

These delicious BBQ Pork chops are a perfect addition to your main course! And one of our family favorites is fresh fruit during the summer – so don’t forget to make a colorful fruit salad for your gathering. It’s also a wonderful dish to bring to parties as well – everyone appreciates a healthy alternative!

And while Americans will spend more than 1 Billion dollars on beer for the 4thof July, here are some cocktail ideas a whole crowd can enjoy – like a citrus infused white sangria! Or something fun to beat the heat that the kids can slurp like this Jell-O Slushy!

You’ll also need something to keep your guests’ busy until it’s time for fireworks, so break out the lawn games!

If you already have them, great! If not, create a ladder bean-bag toss! New twist on an old favorite – just add signs and beanbags for this game! Or get some bottled sodas, place on the lawn and use mason jar lid rings to create a ring toss! Large scale versions of table-top games for the backyard are also a fun addition to your party (purchased or made!),like giant Jenga!

Whatever you are planning for the 4th– we at Swank Events hope you have a safe and happy holiday with friends and family! Cheers!
