One of our consultants will arrange an initial consultation to help set the budget, style, colors, or theme of your event or wedding. From there, the consultant will work with you to:

• Set a working budget
• Secure a venue, ceremony, and/or reception site
• Select and secure vendors
• Accompany you to food and cake tastings
• Assist with the selection, wording and ordering of all printed materials
• Help select favors and gifts
• Confirm all vendors prior to the event
• Oversee the event site construction and deconstruction
• See to all your needs while you are getting ready for your special occasion
• Direct and cue all vendors on the day of the event (including final payments)
• Provide hands-on coordination to ensure the success of the event

* For a full service Wedding, the package would include all of the aforementioned services in addition to:

• Vendors coordination would include the caterer, cake, florist, musicians or dj, photographer, videographer, hair & makeup, hotel accommodations, any hired entertainment (cultural dancers, live animals, or tattoo artists for example), and rental companies.
• Printed materials would include the save-the-date cards, invitations, maps, programs, place cards, menus, and printed information for out of town guests.
• Arranging the necessary permits (for example, a permit for a beach wedding)
• The consultant would organize and direct the wedding rehearsal and if necessary, the rehearsal dinner
• A detailed schedule of wedding day events would be created and distributed to all parties.
• Your consultant would supervise the ceremony and reception site set-up and deconstruction (décor arrangement, setting up the guest book, placing favors & placecards, etc.)
• Your consultant would work closely with the wedding party to make sure they stay on schedule (and to be ready with a stain remover for those unexpected stains on the wedding dress!)
• Direction all wedding day events
